FAQ

Common questions about pricing

An active monitored patient is a patient with at least one unresolved monitoring period open in your account, meaning patch data has been submitted and the monitoring window has not yet closed or been manually marked complete. Patients whose monitoring windows have closed and whose alerts have been resolved do not count toward the limit. The count resets naturally as monitoring periods complete.
You upload completed patch data files through the secure ElectroKare portal. The portal accepts the standard file output formats used by the major commercially available 7-day and 14-day ambulatory ECG patches. For practices with higher volume, we support batch upload and can discuss a clinic-to-clinic transfer protocol during onboarding.
Multi-provider alert routing is available on the Clinic and Network tiers. You can designate different cardiologists for different patient panels, set on-call coverage routing by shift or schedule, and assign individual alerts to a specific provider from within the portal. On the Practice tier, alerts route to the single designated cardiologist account holder.
When you cancel, you retain access to your account for a 30-day wind-down period to download your monitoring reports and alert history. After the wind-down period, your account data is deleted from our servers in accordance with your BAA and our data retention policy. We do not retain patient data after account termination.
The Practice tier includes a 30-day free trial with no setup fee. You can upload real patch data during the trial period and receive actual alerts. At the end of 30 days, the account converts to a paid Practice subscription unless you cancel. The Clinic and Network tiers do not include a self-service trial. For those tiers, we schedule a demo session first to confirm the fit before onboarding.
