The portal opens to the alert queue sorted by severity: urgent arrhythmia findings first, review-priority findings below. Every alert shows the arrhythmia type, episode duration, monitoring period timestamp, and an ECG strip excerpt directly in the queue row.
Cardiologists can resolve an alert, leave a review note for a colleague, or escalate to urgent follow-up without navigating away from the queue. The goal is to get through the clinical review of a morning's worth of flagged findings in five minutes.
On Clinic and Network tiers, alerts are also delivered via SMS and can be assigned to a specific provider in the practice for on-call coverage routing.

Designed for your documentation workflow
ElectroKare generates structured PDF monitoring reports that are compatible with document import workflows in Epic, Athena, and Cerner. The PDF format and field structure are designed to import cleanly into patient charts without requiring any native integration or vendor approval process.
Network tier practices have access to a REST API for building a direct EHR write workflow. This allows monitoring findings to be pushed as structured data directly into the clinical documentation layer of the EHR, rather than attaching a PDF.
We describe these as designed for compatibility with the major EHR platforms, not as certified integration partnerships. If your practice uses a different EHR, contact us to discuss the PDF export structure.

The monitoring report documentation is structured to support the qualifying monitoring period documentation required for CPT code billing in the 99453-99454-99457 range (remote physiologic monitoring). This means the report language is aligned with what practice billing staff need to support a reimbursement claim. We designed it for compatibility with those workflows but do not guarantee reimbursement outcomes, which depend on your specific payer contracts and coverage policies.
